Information we collect

When you request an invitation, we collect the contact details, preferred event windows, property interests, purchase preferences, and optional notes you choose to provide. We also record limited referral and campaign information associated with the page you visit.

How the information is used

Karmon Holdings and HBPA Realty use the information to review your invitation request, prepare a relevant conversation, contact you about event details, and—only when you choose the separate optional consent—share future updates about Israeli real estate opportunities.

Storage and access

Invitation requests are stored in a restricted Google Sheet used as an initial lead management system. Access should be limited to authorized team members and service providers who need it for this purpose. Final retention periods and access rules require client and legal approval before launch.

Analytics and referral links

The site may record referral codes, landing-page URLs, and campaign parameters. If Google Analytics is enabled, it receives only non-personal interaction events; names, email addresses, phone numbers, notes, and personal referrer names are not sent to analytics.

Your choices

The contact permission required for an invitation request and the optional permission for future updates are recorded separately. The final process for access, correction, deletion, and consent withdrawal must be confirmed before production use.
